Here’s a free repeating pattern that is ideal to be used as a twitter background, created from Victorian images from some books I’ve arranged them in a way that they will tile perfectly... how convenient!

I’ve collected some great examples of space and lighting effects that are quite commonly used in web design these days as inspiration, usually accompanied by vivid colours and streaks of light, which is currently one of my favourite styles.
This is a collection of my favourite Photoshop text effects that look pretty sweet in, I would recommend experimenting with these styles if your looking for some thing a little bit different
You may or may not know I’ve been working on a little side project and now its ready to be launched so here it is Texture Lovers, and a little bit about it...
The new project is actually almost finished and ready to be released its sort of like a directory for textures from around the web but only for free textures that can be used for commercial and personal use without giving attribution, but i need your help!
In total there are 15 high resolution Concrete textures, with the extra details such as oil stains, dirt and grime. ideal for adding some fine detail to a piece of work.
So i say these are ink, and they do look like ink but there actually food colouring / dye , they give the same effect pretty much , but i wanted to give them a watered down feel with strong pieces of colour in some places and lighter in others.
