Ive had these fully stained paper textures scanned in a while now made by soaking them in coffee for a few days, you can see all the little details on them they look great in my opinion!.

  6. These textures are wonderful . I have several sites that I will be using them on. Backgrounds of coarse but I like to use unique textures in my header graphics.

  8. other than coffee, have you tried using tea to stain paper? The tannin in tea can do a better job, as you can get a warmer colour from the tea.

    Tea also works well on linen fabric.

  10. Great textures! I’ve always liked the look of paper when it’s been stained like this. I feel compelled to use them to create some sort of old-timey Lord of the Rings-esque map =)

  12. These are very nice. I actually used your texture lovers website yesterday to find some old paper I used for a 1950s retro looking poster advertising a work event. That site is great, I can’t wait to see it expand.
