I’ve collected some great examples of space and lighting effects that are quite commonly used in web design these days as inspiration, usually accompanied by vivid colours and streaks of light, which is currently one of my favourite styles.

Nice collection. What I find interesting is that nearly all the examples are dark themes, while Albert Lo and Gummisig are white themes. I don’t think either of these examples really “work” – that the use of light and space make an otherwise dark theme mandatory.
