Here we feature an artist who goes by the name of “ROAN“, for the design savvy amongst you will remember him from the PSD Tuts post about South American Artists in which he was featured – This is truly awesome design and illustration.
This is an extract from his folio which I hope will inspire you.
“Recently I was commissioned by my friends Accept & Proceed, to create a black & white illustration, which was a “Call to Arms” to a Mexican soccer club called Club America, and this piece may reflect its essence and passion for this sport.”

The Typography below looks alive, im sure i can almost see a heart with the main arteries and blood vessels flowing through it.

I love the depth of the illustration. There are many illustrations these days that look the same or very similar, this illustrations takes that style and brings it further into the future. The typography is mastered to perfection. Truly awesome piece of work.
Definitely inspirational! I can see a South American influence in some of the work, especially noticeable with the use of hidden faces within in the line work. Amazing attention to detail, and love the thought and passion gone into the illustration.
